+ADD innovation learning programmes are receiving formal ‘digital credentials’ from The Institute of Leadership & Management, and City & Guilds ‘Credly’.
These ‘digital badges’ empower organisations to officially recognise competencies and skills, often connecting people to opportunities.
These awards demonstrate individuals have demonstrated a high level of understanding of how to drive innovation within their organisation, how to build collaborative communities and how to embed innovation practice. They have demonstrated competency by scoping and developing a live innovation project and through application of a variety of innovation tools, methodologies and collaborative activities
Putting innovation partnering into practice, +ADD are collaborating with a major national awarding body to develop innovative gamified learning and knowledge retention solutions.
Through a joint funding bid to UFI Voctech, BrightGame, our learning game development model has secured funding for creation of gamified knowledge retention tools for critical high level advanced manufacturing and engineering skills.
The bid beat over 260 submissions to be one of a handful securing investment.
The development sees the team working with British Aerospace, GKN and other major employers to support advanced process and tactit knowledge capture using bespoke game designs.
We are now interested to talk to organisations seeking gamification solutions for vocational knoowledge retention, learning support and edutainment.
